Avest Commercial 2017 Leased/Renewal Properties

  1. Orange Theory Fitness leased 3,300 of retail space at 979 E Parkcenter blvd, in Boise. The transaction was negotiated by Brianna Miller at Thorton Oliver Keller and Blake Haggett at Avest Commercial.
  2. Sub-way renewed 1,247 sqft of retail space at 2400 S Apple  St, in Boise. The transaction was negotiated by Blake Haggett at Avest Commercial.
  3. Dollar Tree renewed 9,016 sqft of retail space at the Southshore shopping center off parkcenter and apple. The transaction was negotiated between Keith Pazzela with Dollar Tree and Blake Haggett with Avest Commercial.
  4. Westco-Martinizing renewed 1,500 sqft at 2 of their Boise locations. One is located off Locust grove and Fairview, the other location is off Parkcenter and Apple. The transaction was negotiated between Greg Gaddis with Tenant Realty Advisers and Blake Haggett with Avest Commercial.
  5. The BLOK leased 1,250 sqft of retail space at 1800 N Locust Grove, Ste. E, in Meridian. The transaction was negotiated by Blake Haggett with Avest Commercial.
  6. St. Als leased 7,012 sqft at 8757 W Emerald, in Boise. The transaction was represented by Mike Greene at Thorton Oliver Keller.
  7. Cerium Networks renewed 2,088 sqft at 3275 S Federal Way. The transaction was negotiated by Blake Haggett at Avest Commercial.
  8. Farmers Insurance leased 1,000 sqft at 1175 E Parkcenter Ste. 103, in Boise. The transaction was negotiated by Blake Haggett at Avest Commercial.
